An excellent medical service. Admin staff always professional and kind. Nurses great and the medical practitioners are excellent.
Poorly behaved receptionist. Very cold and blunt and rude. Kim Asking about future appointments as they aren't taking new patients, but she seemed so unhappy being at work
The Drs are very incompetent and you get passed around the Drs and can not have a regular GP. They also just cancell appoint ments without telling then tell you they did not and that you are lying. One female Dr told me I should be over with grieving my mother's death in 3 months maximum and if I was still grieving I needed to see a Psychiatrist. Good doctors and good reception.
All the doctors and nurses here are truly the kindest, most caring people I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. I've been with these guys for the past couple of years and it's the best thing I've ever done. I've never EVER felt judged. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and feel safe while ever I'm around them. Doctor Appleton is my favourite of all. Always has been since his last surgery where he worked.
