Not helpful and quick to dismiss. If you are planning on buying from them as an individual take notice of their return policies in case you have leftover tile.
Please update your hours throughout your pages so people don't show up on Saturdays.
I called them looking for a tile they manufactured. I had the exact SKU number of the box of tile. They had no way of looking it up, or referring me to anyone that might still have the tile in stock. How does any legitimate company these days not have the ability to look up a SKU number?
