After my HORRENDOUS experience at Chartwell EauClaire where they almost killed her there. Mom ended up in the hospital and was close to death. From the hospital in January she was moved into Intercare Brentwood. I prayed that God would have her sent to the place that would be perfect for both of us. If you care about your loved one, DO NOT put them in this facility. The dementia floor especially. Patients are left alone and isolated frequently. Best thing I did was got my mother out of that place. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
It’s the best care center
My father moved into a dementia ward at Brentwood Intercare in January. The staff have been wonderful - very attentive and kind. There are daily activities for the residents to participate in that help keep them active and engaged. His room is large and renovated. Any issues we have had (like a leaky faucet) were addressed quickly. The room is always kept clean. The meals are decent and snacks are provided several times a day. My mother was transferred from Foothills hospital after her second fall. She only lived another 3 months at the care facility but we appreciated the help and compassion the staff showed. The rooms where nice and I found the facility clean. I can appreciate it's a difficult situation and there are limitations in staffing and resources so our family made ever effort to assist where we could. I feel that made all the difference in making this a positive experience for our family.
