Do not put your loved one here!!! I would have given zero stars if I could have. The system has slapped my best friend in the dementia ward, but she has Multiple Sclerosis! They can’t help her there! The system held her in the hospital for over a year, disallowing her to return to the life she had lived alone for 20 years. After my HORRENDOUS experience at Chartwell EauClaire where they almost killed her there. Mom ended up in the hospital and was close to death. From the hospital in January she was moved into Intercare Brentwood. I prayed that God would have her sent to the place that would be perfect for both of us. All I can say is that I LOVE BRENTWOOD INTERCARE! I can't sing enough praise for the staff and how responsive they are. If you care about your loved one, DO NOT put them in this facility. The dementia floor especially. Patients are left alone and isolated frequently. Best thing I did was got my mother out of that place. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
