Do not do business with these people! Told me my PMI would automatically drop after 2 years. They lied. Made me pay for a new appraisal which, in spite of significant improvements since purchase, conveniently came in below the number they required (their appraiser of course). Never missed a payment in over 2 years. Customer service gives different answers depending on who you speak with. Awful experience. Stay away from these people!!! There’s a reason they can afford all the nice, large buildings they operate from.
Missy is truly the best in the mortgage lending business. I started using her about 10 years ago when she was referred to me by a mutual friend. Mandi and her team are incredible! We've worked with them 4 times now; 2 purchases and 1 refinance with my husband and one purchase for my mother. They are patient, professional, communicative and supportive during a process that is more than a little stressful. It's obvious that they enjoy what they do and care about their clients. I can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them for all of our financing needs!
This place has been a joke. We were referred here by a friend and have had burning but terrible service. Matt never responded or priced our application after giving us an estimate. I don't know if they just don't care or are literally bursting at the seams with customers but it seems ridiculous to be to just leave them hanging when they've already submitted all the requested documentation.
