This clinic made my mental health worse, not better. After just five sessions with a therapist, they terminated me as a patient simply because I missed three appointments and refused to switch from my current psychiatrist to theirs. I had already shared very personal and painful parts of my life. Then they decided to stop working with me with minimal effort to reach out and no genuine intention to continue care. I strongly advise against going to this clinic. They can simply write you off when you’re at your most vulnerable.Â
If I could leave no stars, I would. This is by far, the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Mental and Behavioral care. Not only is their staff unintelligible over the phone, but the doctors under employ are consistently late or fair to appear for scheduled visits. After calling for months to schedule a follow up appointment with my provider after the doctor no-showed our session, the front desk informed me that my case was closed and they wouldn't be able to connect me to my doctor or refill my prescriptions. My son therapist (SW Intern) was super nice and cool and my son really liked and enjoyed his Therapist/SW Intern n loved going to therapy and SW Intern had just finished up n was working with my son for almost two years sooo they reassigned my son to a Philippine Therapist or Asian Therapist which she was good at what she do but I didn’t like or care for her or her attitude n vibe and I see my son wasn’t intuned with her so I had asked for my son to be reassigned as well as put in a complaint which they dragged their feet no... read more
Dont waste your time! They really DO NOT CARE about what they do. I called today to get reinstated. They told me to come in to give them paperwork. When I get there. The receptionist said. They have a 200 ppl waiting list & 7 doctors just left this practice & finally if I wanted to go somewhere else. 1. Thats very telling about management!! 2.
