This practice is a fraud, and I would give it zero stars if that were an option. To receive medication management, you are required to be paired with one of their inexperienced therapists, many of whom appear to be fresh out of college and do not specialize in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR. I know this firsthand because I was paired with three different therapists at this practice, all of whom told me I would need to seek treatment elsewhere if I wanted specialized care. I had a therapist named TAMICA SINCLAIR, God forbid if your dealing with gender dysphoria and you are peered with her you'll feel like your on your own. She gives good advice and makes logical sense on your situation but you can tell when someone isn't exactly specialized in a certain task. You'll feel like you keep coming to her and she will speak from a therapist standpoint and give advice there and not from a therapist standpoint and give advice by looking into our shoes. I was referred by a friend of the family for my daughter.Walking in it’s easy to find, clean and so peaceful. The receptionists are so helpful and nice. My daughter and I were searching for the right therapist for months now. And we are so happy we found Interborough. Therapist is down to earth and patient. She loves it here. I love that she is happy and she actually looks forward to therapy now. So much so that I decided to get therapy as well. We all need a little help and someone to talk to. You wont be disappointed.

I would not recommend this program. Some of the staff are not professional. It can take a long time to find the right therapist and peer counselor. The manager does not sound like she cares when I complained
