I visited Interbeaute in Rockland Mall, opposite Scotia Bank, for a balayage and toner service, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The two older receptionists were rude and unprofessional—they openly bragged about my friend, who wasn’t even there, and told her not to come for her appointment tomorrow. Instead of the balayage and toner I requested, my hair was left orange.
