The worst receptionist I have ever met. She’s extremely rude and impolite. She isn’t clear with the prices and sounds sweet on the phone but is totally different irl. The worst customer service I have ever received. VERY RUDE DO NOT GO. Find a better salon please . Customers in this salon are also all elderly so if you’re young I would not recommend. The worst experience that you can have is at this salon. Degrading personnel with people of color. 37 minutes of waiting while disregarding any questions asked. It is better for you to go somewhere else where they’ll treat you with dignity and respect.
I got my hair colored here a few weeks ago and it was a terrible experience. While the color turned out nice, the colorist was trying to speed up the process and decided that it would be a good idea to put my already bleached hair in a dryer for 15 minutes to speed up the bleaching process for my highlights. This resulted in more hair loss than I needed. When the assistant washed my hair in the sink, she then sent me downstairs for my blow dry in a towel.
