Dr. G is an absolute master at dentistry and highly values transparency with all of his patients. The office staff are also fabulous and patients will always feel supported through their journey. 5 star review after working with Interbay General Dentistry for over two years.
I would highly recommend Interbay General Dentistry! I had a 2-day stop in Seattle on a cruise ship and needed some immediate attention. The staff at Interbay were fantastic and coordinated two sets of appointments to sort everything out. Hope (the patient care coordinator) reached out to my dentist for pertinent information and kept me informed. Went for tooth pain. Set up appointment for tooth pain. They didn’t tell me all new patients have to go through exrays and mouth pictures. Gave me a crown that lasted less than two years. Also, the person that glued the crown wasn’t even the dentist. It was the assistant, someone who hasn’t even gone to dental school. She glued it. The dentist here acts like he’s so smart, then has his assistants do everything for him, while pretending to be personable. This place sucks. Lack of communication. I have been coming here for 3 years and I appreciate the level of care I receive. Dr. Gutkin is kind, knowledgeable and patient. The care I receive is top notch. No other dentist for me.
