I have never in my life loved a business more than his one. This Pony express is special, diligent, caring and excellence focused. This used to be a great place, but something is going on. Lately there are problems. Song Sang, the owner, used to be warm and friendly with us. The last 4-5 times we came, she never really smiles, gets flustered and doesn't listen to simple requests, so we have to repeat the same thing many times, like she can't hear. I had a TV to ship and was very nervous since the last one I shipped was totally destroyed. Eric, Shawn, and Jayden went above and beyond to carefully pack my TV as secure as could be and it arrived in perfect working condition. Can’t recommend enough for your shipping needs!
