Buenos días la atención al cliente de la persona que atiende en recepción llamada Jenifer o ese fue el nombre que me dió, es bastante malo en repetidas ocasiones he llamado para tener información de mis medicinas porque no me ha llamado de la farmacia y le pido por favor que me comunique con Merlí, y me deja esperando. Mi cita médica fue Abril 22 y está esta es hora que no tengo mis medicinas
Absolutely a disaster . I've had to call them time after time for my elderly father . Dr. Jim Torres is horrible and doesn't care about patients . He goes on vacation every few weeks and when my father needed his prescription refilled he wasn't there . The medication that is needed can't just be stopped because the Doctor is on vacation AGAIN .This happened several times. A complete runaround , no call backs , no follow up and zero care or professionalism. Stay away
