Absolutely a disaster . I've had to call them time after time for my elderly father . Dr. Jim Torres is horrible and doesn't care about patients . He goes on vacation every few weeks and when my father needed his prescription refilled he wasn't there . The medication that is needed can't just be stopped because the Doctor is on vacation AGAIN .This happened several times. A complete runaround , no call backs , no follow up and zero care or professionalism. Stay away

I would never recommend the office manager is very very rude they don’t even speak English so it’s so hard for them to understand what’s going on or what you may need, the office staff needs to get new staff customer service is horrible I would not recommend this doctor office to anyone who don’t speak Spanish
La verdad no se por donde empezar, tengo una señora de 82 años con una enfermedad persistente Alzheimer, Sorda,Ipertensa,empecé con la doctora Cedeño ella un encanto todo perfecto, parecía claro, les digo la verdad ya estoy haciendo esto a ver si alguien me escucha por que ya no se a donde llamar es algo desconsertante que te reciban el teléfono para verte la cara otra vez, definitivamente no quería pero tengo que seguir cambiando de lugar hasta que a alguien le importe que aun cuando tienes 82 años eres un ser humano.
