Yo me atiendo en esa clínica hace un tiempito y tengo la mejor opinión ..mi doctora es maravillosa y las chicas del front desk son muy atentas y tratan de ayudarte en todo lo que puedan …..de la limpieza ni hablar todo muy pulcro ….yo me siento muy complacida …una vez tuve un problema con un referido y el asistente del manager me ayudó y pude resolverlo todo con rapidez
No se porque ponen una máquina a responder las quejas delos pacientes y a decir siempre la misma disculpa cuando lo q tendrían q hacer es capacitar a las personas q ay atienden q por lo menos tengan un poco de educación y civismo al momento de atender teniendo en cuenta q son personas de la 3.edad para adelante no digo q todos lo q ay atienden sean iguales pero unos cuantos empañan la buena labor delos q lo hacen bn lo ultimo q me pasó q fuy a dejarle saber a la lleva el tema de sugerencias por un resultado con neurólogo de ... read more
Stay away. The office is very disorganized and front desk has very poor communication. They cancelled my grandmother's appointment without notice and when I called back to reschedule they said they were changing out their system and couldn't schedule. If you have medical concerns that you need consistent and clear followup on, go somewhere else. If you like flaky medical service, go ahead and call. Note: this is not a reflection on the doctors.
No pierdan su tiempo en ir a este lugar. Son la gente mas incompetente. No contestan el telefono. No mandan los referidos te hacen perder el tiempo. No hay compasion con las personas mayores. Te mienten en tu cara.
Every time I called the clinic nobody answers the phone so i have to go in person to make the appointment. Also the nurse in the 4th floor for the pulmonalogist is very rude. I going to take my mom out of this clinic and move her to another clinic
