My service experience with Interactive Systems during the past few weeks has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They have failed to fix a problem with our system, stood me up at two different service appoints and failed to return my phone calls. I have wasted hours waiting for them to show up. I have been told that the service guy fell off a ladder and had to go to the emergency room, I have been told that they have gone through a merger, I have been told that they have system issues. My experience was great – These guys were rocky for a while but now they have gotten their act together. Yeah, if you call on a Sunday, you're going to get an answering machine. I had one connection issue after the install (warranty) and they were there that day, no charge to me. I also like that you don't deal with some call center in India; Interactive has their own service department and they come to you. I just built a new home and used Interactive through my builder to install a home theater setup. I asked a ton of ques... read more

Interactive – Evertime one calls one gets a answering machine. Service calls normally takes two days. Customer service at its best try them.

Nasty contract rules and rude treatment – Interactive Security is used by Fox Ridge Homes for low-voltage and security in their new homes. We spent 5,000 dollars in security system, audio-video, and other systems with Interactive when we bought our house. You have to sign a 2 year monitoring contract to get a security system installed during building your home. We did that. It turns out that we don't need the monitoring, or really even enjoy that "living in fear" lifestyle. We lock our doors at night or when we leave. That's... read more

GREAT SERVICE – Wow!! Interactive Security is the best, they have great customer service and are always ready to help and provide service. I recommend Interactive over anything!

Install Great - A Very Safe and Secure Feeling Environment When Installation Is Complete – If you have any problems with your Interactive system or service just tell someone at Interactive. They bend over backwards to make it right and make you a happy customer. Excellent installation, clean and caring in my home and very willing to spend all the time necessary for you to understand your system

Excellent – Interactive's team of representatives and installers acted very professional and really made me feel like i had gotten quality service. My new Security system and my camera system are working great!!!
