Terrible customer service. I spoke with Candy and she was extremely rude to me. She wouldn't let me get a word in and kept talking over me. She insisted she"knew" what I was going to ask and would not let me speak, even after I asked her repeatedly to stop talking over me. Even if the answer wasn't pleasant and not what I wanted to hear, there is way to speak to customers. Candy lacked professionalism and the experience was truly disappointing.
TAVAWN A!!! She is SO knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was having issues with a Provider because they billed me for almost $1500 and said it would go to collections. I finally was able to call Interactive on 3-way with the Provider because what they were telling me did not make sense. LONG story short, Miss Tavawn handled the call with grace and confidence. Let me just say that Monica is the absolute sweetest!! She was so very helpful and walked me through the process of enrolling and paying for my Cobra with such patience. Please recognize Monica for her superb customer service, Patience, and her amazing attitude! 10/10 recommend!!
