I love this yoga facility. The instructors are sassy, knowledable and aren't afraid to challenge you. They frequently make their classes personal and tie in the benefits of the poses. They have a loyal following and classes can be tight because of it - get cozy with your neighbors! All good though. It's a cozy place with encouraging quotes posted all over, including in the changing rooms and bathrooms. Really nice to see such positive messages all over the studio. Working out here was such a great experience! The teacher was so personable and fun, and the studio was beautifully decorated---when you first walk in, there's a huge wall made of twine, which is just such a cool touch; and the lighting in the backroom where we worked out was cozy and comforting, truly enhancing the overall session. I signed up for a month's worth of workouts immediately after the class ended. Can't wait for the next!

The best place to go to Yoga in midtown. Amazing instructors. You won't be disappointed
