Carl inspected our furnace that wasn't working and found the problem. He was honest and told us our options. Turns out we may need a new furnace. We really appreciate him coming out.
This new company is owned by a very genuine man eager to do a good job and establish a name for his company. The echnicians seem very knowledgeable and honest, are very communicative and friendly. They explain well and take the time to show that they care about their customers.
I hired Interactive Heating & Air Conditioning LLC to replace our heating and cooling system and any duct that was needed. It was a hard task to replace the heating side of the system in a very tight attic space. I heard no complaints and the guys were very knowledgeable and professional.

On time, fantastic installation, taught us how to use the wifi thermostat, and cleaned up after themselves. Our salesperson, John, was present when the installation began and returned the next day to see if we had any issues. Since then, we've been pleased with the installation and operation of the device.
