If I could give a negative review I would. Stay clear of this place. Their nurses do not shedule visits, show up whenever they want, and many times do not show up at all. There is little to no communication, and every week I had to call numerous times to attempt to get someone to actually show up. Literally at the end of every week I had to call them and hope someone would show. I dropped them and found a more reliable company and you should do the same.
I LOVE the sweet lady Mrs.Audrey who takes care of my mother. She is so kind and patient with my mother who suffers from dementia. I couldn’t have been more blessed with a more professional provider!
This company is excellent in caring for the elderly and seniors. Our loved one couldn’t have been in better hands. From the supervisor Hope to the individual providers Erica and Lynesha, this agency offers outstanding and very caring services. I highly recommend Inter Active Healthcare.
