Their practice of concealing prices and requiring customers to request quotes is both inconvenient and non-transparent. After submitting a quote request, I was prompted to schedule a call, implying that once they feel I met certain criteria would I be “granted” the opportunity to work with them. I just needed to rent a simple game - not fly to the moon.
I waited in line at VeeCon for the human claw machine for 2.5 hours just for them to close it down with 4 people ahead of me. None of the employees had an ounce of empathy. It’s messed up what they did to not just me, but all the other people that waited hours for absolutely nothing.
Super happy we booked with Interactive! I've planned numerous virtual events for my team and this was by far the most engaging and entertaining. I give all the credit to our wonderful host, Jeff (you can request him)!! He's a pro at embodying the game show host persona and overall appreciated how easy and organized the event was to follow. We'll be seeing you again.
