This college illegally ran and or reviewed my credit illegally, and determined that I would default on a federal student loan so they gave me a private loan with a higher payment! Elmer Smith is the President of Interactive College of Technology and owns the private loan company Peachtree Credit. Per the department of education students are "NOT REQUIRED" to make a federal student loan payment when in college.
