Multiple homeowners, including myself, continue to be unable to access both community gates in our Palm Desert community using InterAccess's RFID tag and QR Code digital key. They are not responsive, nor accountable. They required one homeowner pay to replace his tags (less than a year old) that were not working. A nightmare.
