Unfortunately, my new car was damaged in the hyvee parking lot. My insurance company recommend Crash Champions in Gretna, and it worked for me. They got me in the next day for an estimate etc. Tyler was very nice and helpful. I voiced my concerns about color matching, and he assured me that it would be perfect. Took my car in expecting to get a bid, and they had me go ahead and pull into the shop. They took care of my issues immediately, and more so, meticulously. They had their tech work on my car to get things done. He wasn't done with the job until he was happy with it himself! I know i was happy with it. Highly recommend seeing this group if you need work on your car. Thank you

I had made an appointment to get a vehicle looked at. I was unaware someone changed the appointment time/date. When I arrived the person asked if I was picking up. I said no I had an appointment to which she replied, "No you dont". I never had anyone speak so rudely to me so I proceeded to cancel and will take my business elsewhere from now on.
