I had made an appointment to get a vehicle looked at. I was unaware someone changed the appointment time/date. When I arrived the person asked if I was picking up. I said no I had an appointment to which she replied, "No you dont". I never had anyone speak so rudely to me so I proceeded to cancel and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Crash champions did a great job on my repairs! Helped me work through insurance issues and kept me informed through out the process. Thank you CC for fixing my blazer!
