Amazing service from the team here. Josephine (sorry if spelt wrong) was amazing help every time I call the location and when in person. she helped me get initial damage reported and made it easy to setup an appointment. Very quick turn around on repairs that were expertly completed by repair techs, with very easy pick up of my vehicle and them marking for enterprise to pick up the rental. So far it seems that did great work on the repairs and staff were communicative throughout process. Only draw back was my (3 week old) car was left dirty on the insides. Had to vacuum and wipe down the seats, back of chairs and trunk.
I can’t say enough good things about Luke, the general manager at this body shop. I stopped by unexpectedly while traveling from Kansas City because a panel underneath my car had come loose. It was an emergency situation for me, and Luke went above and beyond to help. He not only took the time to look at it right away, but also grabbed the right clips and got the panel secured back into place — completely free of charge.
