Recently was in car accident (someone hit me) and It got repaired at Crash Champions. I met with Josephine who was phenomenal. She was very professional & always had a smile. 😊 She kept me informed the entire time personally reaching out to let me know what step of the process my vehicle was in. When I received my vehicle it looked brand new & Josephine returned it with a smile of course. I'd recommend their services to anyone In need of them. Amazing service from the team here. Josephine (sorry if spelt wrong) was amazing help every time I call the location and when in person. she helped me get initial damage reported and made it easy to setup an appointment. Very quick turn around on repairs that were expertly completed by repair techs, with very easy pick up of my vehicle and them marking for enterprise to pick up the rental. So far it seems that did great work on the repairs and staff were communicative throughout process. Only draw back was my (3 week old) car was left dirty on the insides. Had to vacuum and wipe down the seats, back of chairs and trunk.
