So far it seems that did great work on the repairs and staff were communicative throughout process. Only draw back was my (3 week old) car was left dirty on the insides. Had to vacuum and wipe down the seats, back of chairs and trunk.
I can’t say enough good things about Luke, the general manager at this body shop. I stopped by unexpectedly while traveling from Kansas City because a panel underneath my car had come loose. It was an emergency situation for me, and Luke went above and beyond to help. He not only took the time to look at it right away, but also grabbed the right clips and got the panel secured back into place — completely free of charge. I had a bizarre experience with a full speed shopping cart smashing into my perfect 2021 Challenger, in a parking lot, which caused significant damage to the door and fender.
