Great experience despite the reason for being there. They were able to repair my vehicle back to pristine condition.
Shady shop that does shotty work. Will take advantage of you if you don't know the ins and outs of mechanical work. Save your money and go anywhere else.
I won't go back to Crash Champions. They repaired hail damage and put on an aftermarket hood that does not fit well. The advisor there told me an OEM hood was $90 more, but the insurance company wouldn't allow it. Talked to the insurance company, and they said it wasn't their call. If it was $90 difference, I should have gotten a call to make the decision. Now Crash Champions is saying replacing the hood with an OEM hood will cost $648! I won't go to Crash Champions again.
