During the sales process, Interspas (Dan) promptly responded to all of my contacts via phone or email. However, once they received the final payment, they DISAPPEARED and did not respond to over a dozen voicemails/emails/texts. The lighting on my hot tub did not work when it was delivered. Bought my tub a little over a year ago and need assistance with a warranty. I've been calling for 2 weeks and keep getting the same message, "we are busy due to high call volume, leave a message and someone will contact you shortly". Good luck with that, I've left numerous messages (at least 5) and nothing! Very disappointing to say the least. I wanted to take a minute to write a review for Inter Spas. Mainly due to their exceptional customer service and warranty work. Our hot tub went down last week. The pump 2 malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. We filed a warranty claim and they had it fixed in an impressive 3 days after the call! We live out in the country a ways. Pretty far from the nearest town which is small. Its my second time purchasing from this company, we bought last time a hot tub was about 8 years ago and we just recently sold our house and decided with my wife to get swim spa for our new home, its amazing quality couldn't be more happier with purchase and choice we made. Super nice experience with sales people. Would highly recommend this compony.

We got a hot tub shipped from this place and we love it. We ordered it online. It has added to our beautiful backyard oasis. We got a great deal, and it allowed us to save some money to put in to our fire pit and custom bar/grill area. The reason I'm writing the review is our salesman just followed up with us out of the blue, and thanked us for our business. This was over 6 months after purchase.
