Overpriced for cheaply renovations. Checked about 5 inter rent units for it to all be the same. Vents in washrooms that don’t work. Floors aren’t straight or flushed. Just painted over the old mess. Paint over the AC that the paint is blocking the vents. Windows are not soundproof makes it a hell on windy days. Can hear noises such as banging from other units easily.

The Community Leasing Agent - Shayan is fabulous! Shayan has been providing excellent support to me, from the Suite tour till I move out. Shayan always responds to my requests and he did his best to make my stay enjoyable. Another thumbs up to the Admin Team - Joe. He is responsible and organized, always reply to my emails in a timely manner. Highly recommended InterRent because of its amazing team.
As I write this I am so sad,moved in on the 1st of July to an apartment that is renovated fine fair enough there’s always issues with renovated place but having a team that works with you is all I am asking for,our toilet wasn’t working and from day 1 I was on the phone calling and sending emails etc.NO ONE helped I spoke to so many of your agents and they all “made a note” but nothing I even went downstairs to your office the one agent banged the door in my face saying I should call!
