Terrible organization to work for. They don't care about the kids. It's about funding that place so they can keep their jobs. They tend to ignore the real problems in the workplace. The supervisors are also awful. I worked there for over a year and a half and am sad to go but also excited to get out of a toxic environment. If you want to go back to high school, check out ICAP.
