Our Kitchen, Bathrooms, Foyer, Living Room and Bedrooms have now been beautifully renovated thanks to Tosi and his Crew! Extremely happy with the bathroom renovation and carpet replacement. Tosi made sure I understood what the process was going to be like, the timeline, what Intercity was responsible for and what I was responsible for. You know, when you hire a landscaper to start working at 7:30 in the morning, hacking away and beating on the conjoined building, you tend to disturb your sleeping neighbors. Maybe this 1 star will teach you to think smarter next time.
Tosi & his team did a fantastic job. I had a short window before my move in date & they got everything done (painting, carpet replacement & a some small touch ups within the apartment). They followed all the building rules & regulations (as high rise buildings tend to have a lot of them). Tosi was very responsive & helpful in getting everything done & in the timeline stated. The whole apartment was painted and the carpet was replaced & it all looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier with it!! Highly recommend!!
I cannot recommend Inter City Maintenance highly enough. Tosi and his team did an incredible job. With any construction or renovation job, I always worry something will go wrong or that I won't understand the process with my limited knowledge. That was absolutely not the case with this team.
