Called Nadee about an issue in the wall outlet (electric arcs burning the outlet, possible fire hazard), immediately offered to come the next day. Came earlier than expected (no issue, perfect timing), knew exactly what was wrong and explained the issue properly while fixing it. He offered to fix an another issue, and took a look at another broken outlet.
