Inter - American insurance gave me a new agent after my previous one lost her license and job for not documenting anything and stealing money from the company. I got into a car accident back in March with a driver that didn’t have insurance, and my car ended up being totaled. most unprofessional awful experience I have had and I was the insured. full coverage here will get you less than basic liability will and that gets you nothing . they are rude , they do not return calls or emails even tried to charge me for my totalled vehicles storage fees. Lost my job and was strapped in Albuquerque NM for six weeks waiting and hearing nothing for some resolve .
