I am so happy to have found Joanne! She is an incredible massage therapist, with an astounding a knowledge of the body & attention to detail. I’m very picky when it comes to body work & wont be going to anyone else for as long as we’re both in the HV. Highly recommend!

Joanne is the best in Hudson Valley. I came with some physical traumas and felt relieved after weeks of constant pain in my leg and back. But the mental work beyond that was something I needed as well. If you need to be grounded, this is the place to come.

Joanne also took time to offer tips to continue to relieve tension in my body. Her warm spirit had a lasting impact on my day and put all my worries at ease. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to unwind, address tension, or a comforting massage to help them reset!
This weird thing happened on the way home from my first appointment. I didn't have any pain. It was a really strange feeling for my body to be as relaxed and loose as it was when I left. I will be returning. Joanne has a special knack for finding and releasing trigger points. The foot soak at the beginning of the massage was a surprise and a really lovely way to be greeted. She is a lovely, vibrant, caring person and it shows from the moment you step through the door.
