Tiffany is simply the GOAT. I always leave feeling like a positive shift has happened both in my body and mind. The level of focus and intentionality in her every move makes such an impact, and all the high quality continued education she has invested in absolutely shows in her skills. What makes all that even better is her personality! She’s so warm, funny, and caring. I always think about how she’s just like if my big sister was a professional massage therapist. Highly recommend!

As someone who works in the body healing space, let me tell you Tiffany is the top of top quality, from her knowledge of the bodies connections to the practical application of her techniques. She helped me become more aware of my body, and after 9 sessions I feel like my hip and back have had a complete 180 in the pain and tightness I was experiencing before.

I was impressed with the grace and kindness that Tiffany brings to her work. She is gentle, even when causing discomfort. I never felt unsupported or not heard. She fully explained everything that she was doing and was very intentional in every way. I cannot thank her enough for how light and even I felt when I left the studio.

Tiffany just did a structural integration three series with my son Buddy who is 8. Her interaction with him was so intuitive, funny and very helpful. She took the time to gain his trust and attention while working with him. Tiffany gave him fun games to do that helped the areas we were aiming to impact- it was brilliant. He is feeling the positive changes in his own body and has some additional confidence!
