Intentional Self with Rev. Sandy is a great and save place to go and find yourself and have peace within you, she also hears you and gives realistic input and advise for you to take with you and put into practice out of the office. I really enjoy going to the talking circle as well, is very, very powerful, I get to hear and talk to others about any important topic without any judgments, just support and honesty with respect. I loved taking this class and will continue to attend. Rev. Sandy is definitely a master at her craft. The space is set up beautifully and the energy and atmosphere is great. There is a lot to be gained and taken away from these meditation classes and I'd recommend it to anyone.
