I feel that it is really hard to put into words just how incredible Stephanie and her work here are. She has a way of providing the most safe space while taking you into the depths of yourself. She allows you to face your darkness through the lens of lightness and love. She holds your grief with such grace and no judgement. Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist. I immediately felt safe and at ease with her. She truly listened to what I said (and to what I didn’t) and mindfully created a treatment plan with me for my massage session. She was patient with me when I didn’t immediately relax and let go, she was calm, nurturing and comforting, which allowed my nervous system to calm down naturally and let her work on my muscles for very therapeutic results. Stephanie sets such a warm and comforting space for her clients. Her touch is very soothing, which enabled me to drift away without worry while remaining present (if that makes sense). She has a way of getting your entire body to relax while simultaneously working through layers of tension. I’m no stranger to massage therapy, but she provides something different. Stephanie was great. She found the target areas that needed relaxation and had great techniques that got my body to the relaxed state I needed. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I came to her.
I got a deep tissue massage from Stephanie and it was amazing! She was able to get into spots that other massage therapists have struggled with in the past. Very relaxing as well. I‘ll definitely be back!
