I came to Intent 91 after sitting on the sofa feeling sorry for myself following a knee injury. The team listened to all my aspirations and tweaked the exercises to help with my rehab, whilst helping improve my fitness and muscle tone. I'm now 5 months in and feeling leaner, stronger and generally a lot healthier! Molly, Sam, Dan and Rachel are the best trainers you could wish for. Great Gym !. Very well equipped with very knowledgeable trainers. The staff are very friendly & Are always able to answer any questions. I highly recommend Intent91 to anyone thinking of joining a gym.
I have recently joined and wow, I love it, Dan is an amazing PT. The team are all encouraging and supportive. I only wish I joined sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to tone up and have taylor made sessions focusing on you as an individual.
