In Intent 91, you learn so much about proper form and physical movement. Maximising your energy, coming from the core, it feels really fulfilling and powerful. The team were incredibly friendly and they’re all great instructors. Helping you push further than you would at home, and also providing you with tips to exercise anywhere. Other members are all friendly too.
I joined Intent91 to improve my strength as I get older. 5 weeks in and I can already see an improvement. The best thing is that I look forward to going and enjoy the sessions. The Worthing team are so supportive and make sure that you're doing things right and safely and are really encouraging. Highly recommended. I entered into this with a little trepidation. I need not have worried. It's been a fantastic few weeks and everyone at Intent91 in Worthing are nothing short of being brilliant. Not only has my overall fitness improved, but the help I have been afforded in the training and use of the equipment has been superb. I really can't recommend Intent91 enough. Well done everyone and keep up the good work!!
I joined Intent91 - Worthing in June 2024. It's one of the best decisions I've made for myself. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive. My health has improved so much, im reducing my medication for my rhuematoid arthritis, and i feel I've got my health, social life, and personality back. After even more time attending Intent91, i cant imagine not going there, my health continues to improve and everyone else attending is so supportive of each other.
Great place. Brilliant setup unlike most other gyms in a great way. Staff amazing and really care. Could not recommend enough
