Brilliant few months with the intent team as I looked to find balance with my strength training while prepping for Belfast marathon. Fun sessions keep you engaged and consistent and the teams positivity and knowledge helped me take it up a few levels!

I’ve been training at intent for the past 10 months and can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. The coaches are really welcoming, supportive and genuinely care about each member’s progress. It’s a great environment for all levels, even for beginners like me. They’ve taught me so much about fitness and nutrition, I feel motivated to go to each class and it never feels like a chore. Amazing gym! Highly recommend.

Had a very good experience at this gym, was my first time at a gym and personal training and initially cautious but made to feel welcome and supported and encouraged the whole time.

Was struggling with meopause and was advised to build muscle. I was nervous about joining a gym due to previous experiences. Josh and his team are incredible, very professional, friendly and unpretentious. Making steady progress and really enjoying my fitness journey, would highly recommend, also have a great App, easy to book in your classes.
