INTENT has some really great cycling coaches. I typically self-coach, but I saw Rick to help me address a pretty big left/right cycling power imbalance. He was able to identify my issues right away, and designed a body-weight strength routine as well as some on-the-bike drills. My strength imbalance resolved pretty quickly which improved my efficiency on the bike. I would absolutely go to INTENT for any cycling coaching in the future.
