Ordered my bike online because a great sale. The next day they called and gave me additional huge discount because they reduced the price of their sale. I have never had that happen before. Very impressed with establishing customer loyalty. Two of my friends ride an Intense bike and love them. Looking forward to good times on the bike.
I have own 3 Intense Bikes Sniper, Tazer and Primer. When I have a issues they won't take care of it talking to Intense warranty is like talking to attorney they won't do anything now. Don't want to have a relationship with bike company doesn't take care of bike owner.
