Terrible . Did not listen to what I said! First words out of my mouth when asked what I wanted was as little as possible. Proceeded to cut most of my hair off! Not really a shop for a discerning older customer. My feeling was they Handed me off to the student barber because I wasn’t a regular. To their credit, they didn’t charge me when I expressed my displeasure.
Fabian is cold with the razor!! The best beard trim I’ve gotten by far! He has a life long customer!
