initially responsive, then after he redid my system(home AND office) had some problems, which he fixed and didn't charge me extra, as i continued to have problems he became less attentive and not returning calls...a few problems...pieces flat out not working from the install....I have patience but after a month of no calls back after him saying he will get me on the schedule ....patience runs out...to be fair I have not found an alarm contractor that's any different...they ALL want to sell you a new system and then not servi... read more
We moved into our first home about 6 months ago. It had a preexisting security system but the company who did it had gone belly up and the hardware was 10 years old. Our first interaction with Intellinet was for our Medina based business. We had security cameras installed so we can view our entire shop, interior and exterior, with sound in some areas. Jonathon at Intellinet did an outstanding job. It was a seamless effort and they have been in place over a year now without a hitch.
