I experienced a Chinese head massage, and it left me feeling both liberated and deeply grounded. The slow, intentional movements released a surprising amount of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. By the end, my mind felt clearer, my breath steadier, and my whole body lighter. It was the kind of calm that stays with you long after the session ends.
I spoke to Joanna several times and what struck me is how she is so authentic, ethical and solutions based. She really wants to help. She is working on integrating frequencies in her therapy now . I am looking forward for this addition to her treatment.
What an amazing experience with Joanna! I went to her for help with some pains I was having. I am fairly active with dance, yoga, pilates and stretching but that didn't seem to help.
