Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors replaced our old wooden deck with a beautiful new composite deck. Their communication is excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire project. Highly recommend and will be using them for other projects in the future.
We had decking installed in October 2023. I noticed June of 2024 that areas of the decking were peeling away from the boards and that there was warping on the front boards of the deck that were pulling away from the frame. 2 people came out to assess the deck at 2 different times one of them being the owner/manager of the company. Intelligent was excellent from the first time they came out to do their deck estimate and proposal. They had a great idea to change the entire deck layout to make it more functional, but also affordable. The construction process was easy as the homeowner! They made sure we were happy throughout the process and kept everything moving efficiently. I also used them for a small fascia repair from the storms and looks great as well! Intelligent built a new deck, put on a new roof, and installed new siding on my house after the hail storm. Great customer service by Mike and Mary. They were the point for our insurance claim and even trained our claims adjuster on how to do his job!! Great job on our deck and was able to complete on time and budget. Roof and siding was a little tougher with all of the crews doing jobs in OFallon because of the hail, but Mike and Mary kept us informed all the way through.
