Great company, did an excellent job installing our new windows! From the salesman coming to our home to quote windows to the installation - very friendly very respectful of our time and home. On time, clean up afterwards!
Communication was excellent and they did an amazing job. We were very happy with Intelligent and would highly recommend. Even the inspector said it was a fantastic build and was overly complementary of Intelligentsia work.
Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors was recommended by our daughter for our deck build. Adam, their Sales Rep met with us and listened to our visions for a cook area and different levels to match the structure of the house. Shannon then designed our deck and met with us on site to make any necessary changes to the plans based on his expertise.
