Thomas Chow was amazing. He took care of our wasp problem in our house. They were coming from multiple places in holes in our walls. He also sprayed water and cleaned all the chemicals from all the areas he applied it on and inspected all over the house for other pest issues. He took safety very seriously as evident from his cleaning and inspection. Well worth the price and service.

IPM tackled two wasp nests ( one in a wall crack to the attic, and another in a roof vent) a few years ago with 100% success. So when a new wasp nest appeared in a retaining wall that separates my property from my neighbour's yard I called Intelligent Pest Management.
