I called to inquire about the office space and I practically had to fish for information. The girl that first picked up didn’t know much and ended up being frustrated and connected me to someone else. Mark and the IO team have been an incredible support for my business!
I was with IO from January of 2019 to September of 2021. I've had t he pleasure to experience the staff for nearly 3 years. My entire experience was very pleasant prior to the newer owner, Mark Fogelman, taking over. Mid to late 2021 was a very bad experience. The first few month with Mark was fine.
