Worst customer service ever! Backordered the majority of our order and can’t even give us an eta on when it’ll be complete. Apparently their production people don’t know how to plan accordingly or communicate with their own teams. I’ll make sure and pass any late penalties we acrue from the GC and just deduct it from our invoice.
