Intelligent Direct must be an oxymoron because neither word has anything to do with this company. After two failed attempts to make a wall map they still could not do it correctly. We ordered a map of Oklahoma city and the 30 miles surrounding it. What we got was a map of 30 miles worth of the city. Attempt two was worth despite the fact that they sent us a proof that was correct. They could not hold true to their word and then stuck us with expensive wall maps that are of no use to us.
