Complaint – I called fellow business owner, Bryan Mulligan, as a professional courtesy, to extend to him a specially-tailored opportunity, but I did not get the chance to speak with him to explain the details. I had to leave a message with an assistant who apparently came to a false assumption of why I was calling. Then she was rude and hung up on me.
