Traveling in our RV, we found ourselves without power when our Victron inverter died, in Dillon MT. Intelligence Controls was the closest dealer, and they were very accommodating and communicative, helping us confirm stock early on a Monday morning so we could start the 5 hour round trip drive. Talking with this shop, I really appreciated their emphasis on customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with Intelligent Controls and to have our air conditioners back.
We're traveling from out of state. Our Victron solar char controller failed. Critical for remote camping. Because we were not going to be in town until Saturday, the team arranged for us to pickup the controller at a hidden location.
I chose to work with Intelligent Controls because of their professionalism and expertise in the off-grid solar sector. Man I was failing trying to find some of what should be THE EASIEST TO GET and ALWAYS IN STOCK stupid little cables. I tried Satic, I tried Big Sky solar, I tried SBS, no one had them in stock or they just weren’t willing to deal with me if I wasn’t going to install a $50k system on my house.
