All contractors beware of intelligent Construction Incorporated. Intelligent Construction Incorporated does not pay their contractors. I'm a subcontractor that did work for them 3 months ago and still have not received payment. They told me I should go after the homeowner when intelligent Construction was the company that hired me directly.
