Called asking about my iPhone and said it wasn’t charging. Asked about prices for fixing charging port, guy said if he needs to order parts it could be $120 but if it’s something he doesn’t need to order parts for then $60. I come in for a diagnostic test and wanna see what’s wrong with the phone. Told him it might just be the cheap chargers I have been using (which it turned out to be).
