Worst experience I’ve ever had an electronic store. I took my iPad Pro to get fixed because I figured it was the battery since it wouldn’t turn on or charge. I took it to them so they can replace the battery since I figured it was that and that also my iPad was locked and I had no way of getting into it. They came back to me and told me that it was the battery and the screen that’s not working I had told them about five times that the iPad is locked and I had no way of getting into it.
