Horrible company charging outrageous prices for each rep to get into hospitals. Half of the things they don’t even need and we’ve done just fine without for decades! And then you can’t get a hold of anybody on customer service. They don’t answer your emails. You make millions in profits, but you cannot hire more customer service people to take care of your customers? What a horrible product and a scam !

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get my credentials approved and have called every day for 2 weeks and just wait wait and no one will come on the phone they said 27 minutes. Why are we paying for this badge if no one is going to help us when we need help. Getting a little ridiculous

Absolutely awful, inefficient and cruel system. We need this platform to do our jobs as vendors in hospitals. I have submitted all credentials correctly but am still unable to schedule time with accounts through this godawful website. Then I was booted off several accounts for no reason and have sitting on hold for hours with customer service without answer. Nobody responds to my emails and the chatbox does not work. I would give this company a negative review if I could.
