don’t pick up the phone terrible service
Charged my credit card and can't tell me why. Disputing charges.
my subscription was up for renewal and i did not need this service anymore but they auto-renewed me for $600 yearly fee. i never have my auto-renew on and also the email that i received about renewal said nothing about auto-renew. this service is a total scam. they turn on your autorenewal and then charge you and when i tried to cancel they said "renewals are non-refundable". has this happened to anyone else?
I wish I could give zero stars. A total scam! I tried to check in with a hospital using their kiosk that said Symplr/Intellicentrics, and of course, nothing comes up on the kiosk or my Symplr mobile app. I call Symplr and ask them what the deal is. They inform me they bought Intellicentrics in Dec. 2024 but are still trying to merge the two companies. If I wanted access, I had to pony up another $550!
