Absolutely trash service and product. The UI is something out of the 90s and the "credentialing" they provide is something anyone with a month of experience in healthcare should already know. Additionally, Customer Service will not refund for an auto-renewal that was not communicated well because of their "Terms and Conditions". After multiple email exchanges, they refuse to work with their customers. I'm taking the dispute to my bank. This company holds reps at gunpoint - someone make a better system!
The cost has nearly doubled since last year, to over $600 a year, including taxes. The customer service is quick, but never helpful. They don't offer payment plans to help you with the cost, and if you're late, they charge an additional $150 and wipe away all of your credentials. Requiring you to basically start over if you didn't save any of your previous records. Never in my nearly 15 years of working in healthcare have I seen anything like this from a credentialing company.
