Worst company I’ve ever dealt with purchased a trailer from them in the electric and it is garbage doesn’t work sent several emails to the company with no reply stay far away from these piles of crap
I had some recent repairs needed on my 8026ATX and Core had me bring it right to the factory. I can't say enough about how professional and committed to customer service Kyle B. and his team were. I would highly recommend buying their products. They really know how to take care of a customer.
I bought one of the 6519at units a 2020, it initially had some bad axels on it from a third party manufacturer and I called directly to the core factory and they got me scheduled in right at the factory and pulled some guys right off the line and got me back on the rode home in two hours. They put on brand new axels and put a brand new set of tires on for me.
